What a delightful surprise! The moment I walked into the cottage, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The personal touches, like the welcome badge, cake, and bottle of wine, made me feel truly special. The bathroom was like something out of a magazine, with its sleek, modern design and amazing shower. And the location couldn't have been better for exploring the area. I had a heavenly stay at this charming cottage.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the curtains in the bedroom could have been a bit thicker to block out the light. And there was occasional smoke coming in from outside, which was a bit unfortunate.

We were impressed by the communication and warm welcome from Pauline, and the stylish décor made it feel like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The cottage was beautifully set up with lots of attention to detail that made the stay so comfortable. The host was very generous with additional touches like a bottle of wine and cake, along with pretty much everything else you could conceivably want. The location was great, with easy access to the village and shop, and close to the city.

Parking was a bit difficult, as the popular area was filling up with cars and it took away from the cottage style of the area. However, there was a good-sized carpark just around the corner, which was very handy.

Wifi was slow.

Wowowowowow! Great location and very cosy comfortable cottage feel. The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts of wine, chocolates, and snacks. Having parking available nearby was also a bonus.

The bedroom curtains were not very thick, allowing light to come in from the street. This made it difficult to sleep in if you prefer darkness.
